Contact my office regarding application for one-off state government grants of up to $30,000 allocated to approved non-profit organisations to help them provide community services or activities that benefit the community. Virtually all Queensland non-profit community organisations are eligible to apply for a grant, either in their own right (if incorporated) of through a sponsor (if not incorporated).

Seniors Cards
Contact my office if you are a Queensland resident aged 60 or over as you may be eligible for either a Seniors Card or Seniors Business Discount Card. Queensland residents aged 60 or over who are not eligible for a Seniors Business Discount Card which gives access to shopping discounts only (including the Seniors Shopper Service).

Free Queensland Flag Scheme
Organisations such as schools, recognised youth organisations, community service groups, welfare organisations, sporting clubs and bodies, local government and semi-government authorities are eligible to receive Queensland Flags free-of-charge.
Contact my office regarding requests for Queensland Flags. Flags can then be provide for presentation to your organisation.

Congratulatory Letters
Congratulatory letters can be arranged for people celebrating the milestone birthdays or anniversaries. Consideration may be given to arranging letters for other anniversaries or birthdays, if there are special circumstances. For further information, please contact my office.

Write to us requesting a letter of support on your associations / club / organisations letterhead stating:
- Background information about your association / club / organisation.
- What funding grant you are applying to.
- What the grant would be used for (its purpose)
- Whom will the grant benefit when complete.

Justice of the Peace and Commissioner of Declarations application forms can be downloaded from here. Once you have completed your application form you can post to our office and the member will sign you application form and forwarded it to the Department of Justice on your behalf.
